Practicing in designing of different types of projects which include but not limited to (high rise buildings, residential villas, Schools, industrial projects, Mosques, Clinics)
• Following up the execution of above-mentioned projects
• Initial and find handing over of the above-mentioned projects
• Following up maintenance and operations of the above-mentioned
projects during the defect liability period.
• Coordination with official bodies on projects works and required
maintenance work.
• Office duties on all the above mentioned.

Practicing in design of different projects such as (VIP properties in the premises of CPC) well fair projects dedicated to kingdom of Morocco by crown prince court of Abu Dhabi which include but not limited to (Schools, Mosques, Clinics)
• Following up the execution of above-mentioned projects
• Initial and find handing over of the above-mentioned projects
• Following up maintenance and operations of all properties related to
the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi, Morocco Office.
• Ordering and following up the purchase of all required spare parts for electromechanical maintenance activities and following up the
performance of required maintenance activities.
• Coordination with official bodies on projects works and required
maintenance work.
• Office duties on all the above mentioned.

• Participating in designing of various central gas systems
• Reviewing and verifying the compliance of shop drawings of central gas systems to international and local standards and approving the
same.
• Inspecting different types of central gas systems and developing
required reports.
• Inspecting and approving fixed and mobile gas tanks.
• Annually re-inspecting different gas systems.

Approval of tender design of MEP projects in residential buildings
• Approval of workshop drawings and list of material for the same
residential buildings
• Supervising the execution of MEP works in the same mentioned
projects
• Initial and final handing over of the same mentioned project
• Following up the MEP and central gas system maintenance work
in the occupied residential buildings
