- Handle wide range of administrative and executive support to the Project manager with supervision.
- Study Tenders (review Drawings & specifications, draft quantity surveying, cost analysis, prepare tender documents, bill of quantities (BOQ) and apply tender documents).
- Serve as primary contact and information source on the PM’s activities and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Provide logistical support for the smooth running of various Site meetings, Monthly Staff meetings, the Management meetings, the Consultants meetings.
- Coordinate information flow within the company and Clients, Consultants, Municipalities and/or Governmental Authorities
- Track and/or draft responses for all incoming emails and correspondence or forward to appropriate person for response to quotations / tenders / payments / progress reports and material submittals and approvals.
- Attend and clear site inspections with Q/C department.
- Build and review project schedule, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly
construction reports with planning department.
- Supervise and distribute all site manpower ( Engineers, foremen, pipe fitters, plumbers, welders and helpers), and follow up day to day the STP construction and other site mechanical activities based on the daily work plan.
- Coordinate facilities and materials for the efficient operation running of sites requirements.

- Planning site work, quality control, ordering materials, monitor day to day work schedule, submitting daily construction report to the project manager and coordinating between main contractors and dealing with clients.
- Coordinate information flow within the company and Clients, Consultants, subcontractors Authorities
- Plan and organize site visits for clients and external subcontractors
- Provide professional and timely administrative support and assistance, and acting as the central point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Coordinate facilities and materials for the efficient operation running of sites requirements.
- Coordinate with civil department for: Surveying, Earth Works, Backfilling, Excavation and any required activity.
- Coordinate with Q/C department to raise site inspections (RFI).
- Coordinate for heavy equipments: cranes, forklifts, man lifts and any other equipment with site people and safety department.
- Prepare, review and rearrange shop drawings as per site conditions and prepare as-built drawings with CAD operators.

- Design for HVAC, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Water Supply, LPG & Medical Gas Systems all according to NFPA, ASHRAE Handbook, HTM2022, SMACNA, Plumbing Engineering Services Design Guide, Uniform Plumbing Code, International Plumbing & Mechanical Codes (IPC, IMC) and other British & American standers.
- Prepare AC heating and cooling loads calculations using Hourly Analysis Program (HAP 4.3).
- Prepare calculation sheets for duct & pipe sizing using McQuay software’s.
- Prepare isometrics, plans layouts and details drawings for all relevant mechanical systems using AutoCAD software.
- Prepare specifications and making sure all the clients requirements are fully satisfied, all according to the international codes and standers.
- Design of all relevant mechanical system for several kind of project(hospitals, residential buildings & towers, malls, central kitchens and restaurants), including the following:
- HVAC System:
- All air system, such as single and multiple zones, CAV & VAV systems.
- Air distribution systems.
- Water-Air cooling and heating systems including AHU’S, FCU’S, and radiators.
- Refrigeration’s system, air-cooled chiller, packaged refrigerated AHU’S, heat pumps, variable refrigerant volume VRV system.

- Plumbing & Fire Fighting Systems:
- Domestic water supply and distribution systems.
- Sanitary and storm water drainage system including vents.
- Central kitchens and laundries services.
- Automatic sprinklers, landing valves, hydrant and Siamese connections, all to NFPA standards.
- Jacuzzi, fountain & swimming pools services.
