Process the service requests tickets assigned by Space Helpdesk Coordinator and ensure that processing is within the assigned SLA.
•Conducts inquiry with the requestor and identify if request requires BU approval.
•Reassigns requests when they are supposed to be assigned to another group.
•Act as an information center for queries regarding services offered by Space Management Team.
•Determine time frame of request and follow up on “pending” status when warranted
•Conducts post movement during weekend for big project movements, guided with standards checklist used by Space Inventory Asst./Lead.
•Adhere to PDC policies on security with regards to usage of Accenture assets such as IT equipment, information assets etc.
•Issue Temporary Visitor Badge to all clients and Foreign Visitors

•Monthly bus pass distribution.
•Work out staff modifications such as direct deposit, tax withholding, garnishments, liens, etc as required.
•Offer support in tracking of staff leaves of absence, supervising payment and necessary documentation for each staff.

•Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
