Provide pleasant and professional customer service when required.
Provide support and guidance to the Customer Care Executive in handling difficult customers and complex issues.
Report complex issues and customer complaints to the senior Management
Approve ‘Exception Forms’ case to case basis in line with Customer Care Authority
