•Re-defined the process of Supply Chain and Deliveries, which resulted in total time and resources required to maintain efficient warehouse operations to come significantly down.
•Introduced new process to check the credibility of the customers before registration. Made all the necessary Authorization Forms / Agreements templates to be used to protect companies’ interest.
•Slashed Finance & HR department manpower cost by 25% by re-defining the job responsibilities and regular strict assessments, while ensuring the efficient continuation and enhancements of services.
•Implemented software solution for HR, Fixed Assets, Sales Management and Service Center
Trained 15 key staff, while ensuring appropriate procedure and escalation processes are in place for total 70 employees of the organization to receive appropriate training
