• End to End Recruitment for Industrial Trainee with focus on Delivering the Right and
Ideal Talent, Offer Roll outs, Onboarding etc.
• •Liaising with Background Check Team to ensure the checks of candidates are in place post
offer release and acceptance.
• Collating and Validating information to complete a variety of Pre- Offer Verification steps
for the candidates to ensure risk and compliance adherence.
• Determining Hiring Needs & Developing a Pipeline.
• Weekly Posting of Recruitment Stats to the Business Leadershipto let then in on the Hiring

• Leading the candidates through hiring process to ensure a positive experience and guide
candidate at every stage of the process and being the GS Brand Ambassador to them.
• Scheduling Interviews & Filtering Candidates for Open Roles based on the Skillset, fitment
and their expectations.

requisition definition and potential souring strategies.
