Leading a team of 15 executives (BSc, MSc, MBA)
Role description:
• Elaboration of the Short (annual) and Medium (five years) Term Plans for SONATRACH E&P.
• Consolidation of the annual activity reports for SONATRACH E&P.
• Performance assessment and reporting on performance indicators.
• Investment opportunities evaluation: economic evaluations, profitability, added value assessment, risk assessment …..
• Direct and consolidate various long and short term corporate business plans.
• Assets portfolio management and global profitability assessment.
• Elaboration of projects Business Plans.
• Participation in investment opportunities negotiations, new venture acquisitions, etc.
• Formulating economic models by using data, which will help management to make critical investment decision;
• Analyzing fiscal terms and provide economic interpretation of Production Sharing Agreements and other legal tax documents for existing new ventures;
• Contracting negotiations, assessing new business ventures, identifying new projects as well as analyzing project finance/revenue;
• Providing regular or on request economic analysis and cash flow forecasts to evaluate specific investments and documents result;
• Preparing and researching Key Economic Data Sets to be used for Corporate cashflows;
• Continue developing on economic models and integrating with other corporate models

• Expertise in modelling opportunities in various projects from upstream, midstream and downstream of Oil & Gas industry.
• Expertise in Portfolio/Assets Management.
• Management of teams: managing team works by defining targets and milestones Strong communication, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills Proven experience in business negotiation
• Diagnosis and re-reengineering of Sonatrach Group Value Chain
o Mapping of business processes and workflows

• Consolidation of Sonatrach Group financial statements based on US GAAP norms: shifting from national counting norms to US GAAP norms (a full transformation program)
• Development of new overseas business development strategy (in Africa, Asia, and Latin America)

Management
