Regulate principles of Distribution, Storage, Versioning, Retrieval and Production of documents for Procurement Dept.
Preparation, storage and retrieval of Internal and external correspondences.
Storage and retrieval of Drawings/Specifications/Datasheets.
Formatting all kinds of documents to conform to Document Control procedures and practices.
Preparation & circulation of Transmittals related to Management and Client’s submittals.
Maintaining Logs for Internal/External Sending and Receiving.
Writing, implementing the J.S.A. & company’s Loss Prevention Program.
Make known, put in practice and regulate all measures to Prevent completely or minimize Risks or damage that
result from accidents to company’s employees, processes and equipment.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Safety reports and audits.
Meeting client’s Safety personnel and ensure full compliance with their safety policy.
Meet ARAMCO’s permit issuer and supervise the Permit Receiving Process, assist where necessary.
Scheduling & giving on‐site Training/Orientation regularly.
Monitor all activities in and around the premise to ensure full safety of workforce, equipment, other contractors
and visitors.
Inform Office management staff and encourage them to include as much safety considerations as practically
possible in their official agreements, equipment and manpower hiring documents.
