Maintenance Planner& Scheduler at ADNOC Onshore (ADCO)

• One of the key member for the smooth transition of legacy system to ONE ERP in Asab / Sahil fields. Focal point of A/S in the data loading and communication to the ERP team at ADNOC Onshore HQ relating to loading of more than 100K tags and related maintenance plans. Daily training / trouble shooting sessions were conducted in MS Teams to all departments during the transition period, which ensured the seamless working culture and knowledge to the end users
• To ensure that all equipments at site are captured and maitained according to their maintenance frequecies and standard procedures.
• Ensure proper coordination with various departments on a weekly basis to ensure that the maintenance activities are carried out on a timely basis
• Convert approved work request to work orders after reviewing with operation and plan them by estimating resources, duration, materials, assigning an already available job plan or creating a new one.
• Reviews the backlog (all uncompleted work) and identifies priority work and equipment
• Develop accurate and repeatable job plans / maintenance items including efficient task sequencing, identification of necessary resources, assigned frequencies and ensure effective PM implementation.
• Continuously improves the planning process by providing and accepting feedback on job plans, updating bill of material (BOM) for equipment, and maintaining a library of standard and specific job plans and PM plans.
• Instrumental in providing on the job training to the UAE Nationals for day to day work
• Developed excel program for yearly load distribution for new maintenance program in SAP which reduced approximately 10 man-days of manual processing
• Extracting data and develop comprehensive reports and analysis of the maintenance trends in SAP.
• Co-ordination of internal shut down activities and associated work order generation and follow up. Initiated the creation of Shut down progress file consisting of the daily progress report to the A/S Management team on a daily basis during shut down periods
• Collaborated MS Forms by initiating the online food survey system in Asab / Sahil community during the start of the pandemic to ensure that enough food only is prepared after the input from the customers, whereby minimizing the cost and effort by preparing less. Later implemented in Qusahwira also. Submitted the proposal to ADNOC Excellence Award in 2020 after approval from Asset VP and Business Excellence Department in HQ.
• Member of Asab / Sahil Welfare committee for 3 years and initiated the collaboration of online games through MS Teams during the COVID pandemic to ensure that welfare activities were not stopped at difficult times and employees well beings were well maintained. Coordinated online quiz event through MS Forms and lead the team of BINGO online event, first ever of its kind in MS Teams whereby saw one of the highest participation of Asab/Sahil employees in an MS Team event conducted by Asab/Sahil Welfare committee

Safety Inspector (Site Safety Officer-ICS System) at Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations

• To enforce the implementation of ADCO Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS) and also promote awareness of its use among all personnel
• Carryout preventive maintenance of fire protection & detection systems at specific locations at Asab plant
• Cordinating the safety statistics from the contractor and ADCO and prepare the safety progress reports on a monthly basis
• To carry out safety inspection tours for all areas, identifies potential hazards & recommend solutions
• Conducting training courses such as Safety induction, Basic fire fighting and H2S & Breathing apparatus training to ADCO employees and contractor staff in multi languages.
• Trained all SAS employees (352 employees (43 sessions) in Asab and Sahil accumulating up to 704 internal training hours and 58 contractor employees (7 sessions) for respiratory protection equipments both theory and practical and reports generated on a daily basis
• Focal point for the setting, training and distribution of new ToxiRAE H2S monitors for all SAS fields and carried out around 1000 numbers of trouble shooting (bump testing & calibration) for them at SAS and NEB
• Focal point for publishing articles on HSE on the ADCO website at SAS.
• Key member of Road Safety Committee of Asab
• Weekly training of Fire Auxiliary Team and new entry points.
• Prepare minutes for monthly Area HSE meetings and related presentations.
• E-PTW coordinator for the ADCO-SAS area.
• Participates in emergency excercises and drills and having hands on experience in most of the fire fighting equipment and scenarios
