Developing detailed phased strategic development plan of Global Village Development. Entrusting with the accountability to prepare Master plan, develop budget, design and plan infrastructure. Developing concept design, detailing project phase plan and executing project in line with overall strategy. Managing complete responsibility of the procurement of consultant and contractors for the project. Handling tenant’s area and their construction projects. Monitoring selection and requisition of materials, equipment, machinery, and plants and working closely with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, surveyors and general workforce involved in the project. Ensuring construction project complies with all building codes and other legal or regulatory requirements. Leading a team of Architects, Artist and Engineers
Key Achievements:
• Played a key role in handling overall responsibility of Construction and Project Management of Global Village Theme Park.
• Displayed excellence in working with all related Local Authorities such as Dubai Municipality/Dubai Civil Defence/DEWA to ensure statutory compliances.
• Conducted regular inspection and ensured compliance with specified requirements and schedule and made sure sufficient and competent resources are available.
• Worked as part of the Operation Team and managed facilities of the Theme Park.
• Controlled budget related to new development and facilities, including procurement of contractors and service providers.
Planned and directed all aspects of mechanical engineering activities within the project. Ensured all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives. Led technical meeting with Client, Project Managers/ Consultant/ Main Contractors.
• Prepared shop drawings, quality control plan, method statement, material submittals, request for information (RFI) that apply to MEP works.
• Prepared as-built drawings and O&M manual submittals and conducted final inspection of the work with consultant and client.
• Took part in inspections with architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing inspectors as required.
• Displayed excellence in recommending methods of improving work performance to achieve scheduled milestones.
Developed mechanical system design solutions based on engineering principles. Resolved operational problems related to projects and minimized delays or unexpected cost increases. Interpreted the requirements from Consultants, identified and addressed design parameters and engineering problems and ensured solutions are implemented accurately and in budget.
• Coordinated with Site Engineers and Supervisors to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, method statements and QA/QC.
• Ensured all necessary measures required to avoid materials wastage and damage to materials on site and avoided double handling of materials.
• Evaluated Subcontractors work and ensured compliance with specified requirement, schedule and made sure sufficient and competent resources are available.
• Monitored the completion of snag list and supervised the handing over of close out documentation.
Reviewed project plans and proposals and worked with management to develop project objectives. Identified project responsibilities by determining phases and elements of the project. Established close communication with the Project Manager regarding on site material submittals/approvals. Calculated time frames and sequenced the stages of the project. Monitored construction of the HVAC Project.

• Administered and coordinated with Site Engineers and Site Supervisors to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, QA/QC and Safety Plans and Procedures.
• Kept track of construction schedules and various resource requirements to meet required progress and production requirements.
• Supervised handing over procedure, inspected works and listed items needing rectification, distributing respective remedial responsibilities to staff and relevant Sub-contractors.
• Monitored the completion of snag list and coordinated requirements of handing over close out documentation.
Led construction activities of sub-contractors and ensured works are completed in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications and applicable standard/codes. Communicated with the Project Manager regarding material submittals/approvals, on site and stores receipt and clearance. Drafted and submitted construction-related reports to senior staff and consultant office.
