Project Description: Abraj Quartier Gateway Tower
The project comprises an Eight (8) level Parking Podium of approximate total
built-up area of 38, 976m2; Forty three (43) levels High Rise Office Towers of
approximate total built-up area of 75, 763m2 of which office space is
approximately 51, 730m2 on ground to 38th floors to be constructed as core
and shell. The Scope of Works includes the construction of substructure,
superstructure and external works.
The duties include but not limited to
* Inspecting the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
* Conducting toolbox talks, MSRA communications etc.
* Verifying injury logs and reports are completed and submitted to
management. Ensuring it is communicated to workers has been done.
* Follow up and close outs of incidents and observations.
* Verifying that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
* Creating Safety Alerts and ensure it is communicated among the work
force
• Promoting safe practices at the job site.
