ADNOC Approved Lead QA/QC Engineer. Projects: Das Island replacement of Critical piping systems. & Catenary Anchor Leg Mooring (CALM) Buoy or Single Point Mooring (SPM).
• Engineering & Procurement QA/QC activities.
• Support project team in identifying Quality requirements such as Criticality rating, inspection class, Material certification, Inspection & testing, Extent of interventions & NDE requirements
• Review of Material Take-off List, Datasheets & Material requisition provided by then Engineering /Technical Team.
• Coordinate with Procurement department during the Technical bid Evaluations & reviews of purchase orders (PO).
• Monitor and review the proposed technical documents/ deliverables from Vendor / Manufacturer / Supplier / Stockiest as per MR, TBE, Data sheet and project specifications to make sure the documents are in line with the project specific Inspection and Testing requirements.
• Follow up on the Supplier quality/inspection and Audit activities during the tenure of project and track the required inspection notifications status.
• Coordinate with the Vendor / Manufacturer to get the Inspection & Test Plan for review and approval prior the manufacturing / fabrication process.
• Schedule Pre-inspection meetings with vendors and the procurement team & review Inspection assignment package/ Pre -Inspection packages.
• Liaise with testing Laboratory, NDT Service provider and arrange TPIs for subcontracted inspection operations and raise Purchase requisition for required services.
• Attend Kick-off Meetings & Liaise with the company on quality issues and document regular quality meetings with subcontractor team & client quality team
• Conduct the Manufacturing in progress audits as per the audit plan
• Assist the Quality Manager during Internal Quality Audits, Engineering, Procurement & Construction Audits & Ensuring Preventive actions are taken to avoid repetitions of non-conformances
• Monthly Quality performance reporting including details of non-conforming materials and services to Quality Manager and End-user/client.
• Monitoring project KPIs, Tracking Risk register & lessons learnt requirements

Projects: a. Bahrain petroleum refinery (BAPCO) modernization program - TechnipFMC, Tecnicas Reunidas & Samsung engineering (TTSJV). Temporary construction facility, piping, and structural installations. b. Tatweer Petroleum ASME U Stamp vessels. c. Aluminum Bahrain (ALBA) Spent pot line processing facility
• Review and implement the project quality plan to ensure compliance with codes, standards, client specifications, and regulations
• Review of ITP, MAR, TQ and concession request and subcontractor qualification documents and participate in vendor pre-qualification / Re-evaluation audits
• Management and qualification of welders in accordance with project requirements
• Experience in Procurement support activities in EPC projects
• Expedite site activities to ensure project completion on time
• Through continuous improvement programs, ensure that the required KPIs are met
• Maintaining NCR log and co-ordinate with process owners to close NCRs on time
• Modify the current system to correct deficiencies in the inspection function and close the non compliance found
• Organize, implement, and lead QA/QC programs in accordance with the Companys Quality Policy
• Conduct internal Audit, Vendors/ suppliers, and subcontractors
• Coordinating with all departments and sub-contractors, consultants and TPI agencies
• Plan trainings for the Construction team for the specific tasks assigned
• Ensure that all quality control documentation is compiled and completed in preparation for the clients as-built handover
• Analyze quality data (audit results, process/product nonconformities, feedback, customer complaints, etc.) to identify corrective and preventive actions
• Coordination with client, consultants and TPI agencies for TPI
• Familiar with various codes of construction, Hot tapping activities, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and shutdown activities, etc.

Project: a. Additional gas supply for (ALBA) Aluminum Bahrain power station. b. Firm Up no.3 API Oil separator- Main Contractor:-JGC Gulf for BAPCO The Bahrain Petroleum Company
• Review customers specifications and undertake relevant implementation of project quality plans, develop procedures and inspection test plans/ QAPs
• Manage day to day activities and coordinate completion of all QA/QC activities at site for various equipments, structural & piping
• Identify and create procedures, inspection test plans, and QAPs
• Conduct Internal audit of quality management systems
• Inspection of static & rotary equipment installation, piping, pipeline, hot tapping, pigging activities, GRE & PVC piping
• Liaise with the Technical Engineer to submit material approvals, technical queries, and comment resolutions
• Supervise a team of 14 personnel including QC Engineers, Inspectors, NDE Technicians and Document controllers
• Conduct quality toolbox talks with site construction team.

Project: Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (TAKREER)-NORM (Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material) treatment, handling & disposal at Ruwais, Main Contractor -Intecsa Industrial
• Inspection of Equipment installation, piping, structure, insulation, and painting activities
• Test package & Final Dossier preparation, Review of Painting and NDE procedures
• Ensure that all stage-by-stage inspections are carried out in accordance with the approved ITP by QC Inspectors and Engineers.

Project: Construction of bulk oil storage terminal tank farms, loading bay pipeline, and pipe racks for Arzoo International FZE.
• Review of Welding procedures, fabrication procedures, Inspection test plans, PWHT procedures, MAR for API 650 tanks inspection, Piping, and structure
• Overseeing inspections, NDE, and testing plans for new and alterations.

• ASME Vessel Inspection & Expediting - Reactors, Column, Rotary Vacuum Dryer, Agitated nutsche filter, Glass lined reactors, Cladded vessels & heat exchangers
• Procurement Quality activities
• Vendor development for various equipment requirements.
• Inspection of static & rotary equipment manufacturing & installation activities.

Projects: a) Flue gas desulphurization system (FGD), LANCO at Udupi thermal power corporation Ltd- Karnataka.
• Inspection of material handling systems like belt & screw conveyors, bucket elevator structural, FRP & CS piping, rubber lining, insulations, and installation of static & rotary equipment
• Resident QC for NPCIL VCM manufacturing activity at Daikin -Rajasthan

• Manufacturing process improvement of continuous production line for various types of material handling equipment
• Inspection & testing of lifting equipment like hoists, chain pulley block, EOT
• Conduct an Internal audit of the quality management system.
