 Financial and Operational Leadership Management: Responsible for formulating business plans/strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realizing organizational goals. Advising on operations and corporate functions to Top Management regarding the adequacy of policy, procedures, and appropriate controls.
 Statutory Compliance: Designing & implementing systems & procedures; supervising and preparing statutory books of accounts financial statements; checking & maintaining data in compliance with statutory requirements, time & accuracy norms.
 Process Improvements: Constantly conceptualizing and enforcing systems for contract management and insurance coverage, reviewing critical issues, P&L / Balance Sheet analysis, and identifying improvement areas.
 Liaising and Coordination: Handling and liaising with Group Bankers, Auditors, Customers, Government Authorities, Financial Consultants/ Advisor’s, and other entities; maintaining good professional relationship with them. Providing direction and assist leadership management regarding the compliance activities, legal cases, laws and regulations in coordination with Legal Counsel.
