Statutory Compliance: Designing & implementing systems & procedures; supervising and preparing statutory books of accounts financial statements; checking & maintaining data in compliance with statutory requirements, time & accuracy norms.
Process Improvements: Constantly conceptualizing and enforcing systems for contract management and insurance coverage, reviewing critical issues, P&L / Balance Sheet analysis, and identifying improvement areas.
