basically in max life insurance company, my channel was CAT(customer advisory team).
i have to work on those data or customer's data which already was our customer...if he or she is not satisfied with plan which they taken or if he or she thinks that this plan is worthless for me...then we have to fix a meeting with that client and resolve his or her problems and objection
if customer is satisfied with us...then we have to create a strong bounding or relationship with customer and try to generate new business with them
so after all..it was customer relationship, new business generation and back office work

as shows according to the name, bajaj capital is biggest financial corporation in india.....no of insurance companies is listed with bajaj capital
so my major role was to introduce financial products of those companies infront of customer keeping their needs in mind
so actually it was a need based selling
after that we have to convince the customers by merging their financial dreams with our financial plan so that they could understand how can they achieve their financial goal.
then after post sale services starts where we have to be touch with the clients through phone calls, messages, and home visit....
so overall it was new business generation, customer relationship and lots of sales training
