RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall Quality assurance & control by defining & implementing quality procedures in line with project specifications, Client & international standards.
Receive & study the Work order / project specifications to prepare/review QA/QC deliverables for the projects.
Prepare/Review Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan, procedures & Formats for assigned work orders / projects.
Coordinate with each discipline (Civil, Mech. & Subcontractors, if any) to prepare related ITP & procedures for review and further client approvals for EPC Projects.
Monitor and control field inspection progress through field inspection procedures.
Prepare ITPs/ PQP & quality procedures for different projects as per the scope of work and submit for client approval.
Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
Supervise and lead a team of QA/QC inspectors for project related field inspections as per the approved ITP.
Coordinate and liaison with client QA/QC and client project engineers for quality related issues.
Liaison with project engineer /team for implementation of QA/QC procedures and resolution of issues etc.
Attend client meetings and update / discuss QA/QC related matters.
Prepare quality reports related to running projects and submit for client review
Review method statements / procedures related to project related construction activities
Review CP survey reports /commissioning reports for conformance to project specifications and related engineering standards.
Attend internal audits for projects and company departments.
Attend monthly client project audits (PQI) and prepare necessary documents for client review.
Supervise / review project QA/QC dossiers before submission to client.
Train and guide new hired inspectors for their assignments.
Responsibilities:
Handled many projects for the upgradation & installation of network and communication systems at different SAUDI ARAMCO sites including Rastanura, Jauymah gas plant, Beri gas plant, & many onshore and offshore facilities.
Installation of network cabinets, switches, ethernet cabling and configuration.
Overall technical support (Hardware/Software) and maintenance of user workstations of Saudi Aramco Employees. Remote Desktop support & field support.
Supervise installations of operating systems like win2K/win XP/ Vista etc, user applications like Ms office, Oracle, VB.net, Sap front end, Plant Information system, Mainframe and other applications on user workstations, & resolving bottlenecks related to operating systems/applications on user workstations.
Supervise installing and configuring Standard Aramco Images on workstations/Laptops and resolving bottlenecks.
Network administration, troubleshooting bottlenecks, installations of network devices like modems, hubs, switches etc.
Supervise installing and configuring ADSL modems for in house Saudi Aramco employees. Troubleshooting bottlenecks; configuration of wireless devices including laptops, printers etc.
Liaison with different department CSL admins & other IT department groups for problem resolution.
Training new hires for Field Support and supervising them in their initial assignments.
Responsibilities:
Handled new & expansion projects for installing of new data networks (LAN) with all nodes and software configuration of workstations & servers.
Maintaining quality of the overall system by enforcing timely security updates, software updates, resolving bottlenecks and attending to user issues.
Maintenance & administration of computer system networks, user workstations, servers, computer labs and active directory services like DHCP, DNS, File servers etc.
Coordinating with vendors for software /hardware upgrades if required.
Administering user privileges for network resources and authentication as per the company standards and quality policy.
Keeping logs for various network and system components and their status and coordinating for their replacement /rectification if required.
Attending management meetings and updating about the status of system /network infrastructure and future requirements.

- Teach and handle labs for the students in subjects Electronics /computers.
- To demonstrate/ guide students for their projects in Electronics.
- Teach/ explain the different allotted projects to students with the help of related drawings, schematic diagrams, components/ instruments to be used, supply requirements etc.

- Maintenance & administration of computer labs for network, software /hardware issues and resolving bottlenecks.
Completed Batchelors Degree in Electonics (B.SC Electronics) from University of Kashmir India.
