Key Responsibilities in Hydraulic & Pneumatic Instrumentation: I am involved in repair/service and calibration of all type of NOV MDT OR Wagner Weight Indicators (Type-E, Type-EB, Type-D, Type FS, MD 125, MD 150 & Hydro special/Clipper type Weight Indicators), Stand pipe pressure gauges(Panel mount, Bracket mount, Oteco/NOV MDT-Flange type & Hammer union type), Tong Line Pull gauges and Load cells, Makeup torque gauges, Torque gauge for Iron roughneck, Dead Line Anchor sensor(Tension type- E 80 & Compression type- E 551), Diaphragm type & Piston type pressure sensors, Koomey unit pressure gauges(Manifold, Accumulator & Annular), All kind of Pressure chart recorders(Barton chart recorder for BOP test pump), Safety relief valves for Mud pumps & Air compressors and all kind of hydraulic and pneumatic low/high pressure gauges.
Other Responsibilities: Maintain the CCTV cameras and Decoders in all rigs to store all the drilling operation videos. All type of crane Instrumentation, Electronics & Electrical maintenance.

Summary of Duties, Responsibilities & Objectives:
I am involved in: • Investigating failure mode on different types of Equipments. Trouble Shooting, Analyzing Root cause of problems and making reports.
• Raising Maintenance job request after identifying faulty instrument in the plant and have them repaired and put back into service.
• Coordination with relevant personnel in the Operation and Safety Dept. to obtain permits to work and ensure the provision of materials and equipment required to undertake maintenance work.
• Plan critical maintenance jobs to be executed during Rig up & Rig down period.
• Write procedure for carrying out troubleshooting w.r.t manufacturer's recommendations that can be easily understood by the maintenance team.
• Develop designs, plans and (SOP) working procedures in a way that they should be reasonable safe to implement during installation, construction and execution of project as well as afterwards.
• Recognize and eliminate hazards.
• Safe implementation of the project thru safety orientation of manpower of contractors and make them familiar with work permit procedure and construction safety audit procedure.
• Issue and accept work permit to contractors for executing job at site.
