Establishes close liaison with Sub contractor for smooth progress and proper utilization of available resources
Assures close follow up of construction progress (safety, schedule, milestones, and quality).
Ensures compliance with the respective project quality plans (PQP)

Review and approval of procedures, Method Statement, and documentation as per client specifications / Projects specification / as per code requirements.
Maintaining preservation log and Monitoring preservation activities of equipment before and after installation.
Conducting preservation walk down with Sub contractor and Client
wise inspection
Reviewing the sub system markup and the test limit of packages.
Coordinating with QC team for the line walk, Punch close out, testing and reinstatement of lines
Coordinating with Vendor representative to complete the carry over works and pre commissioning activities.
Participating in Mechanical completion walk down for piping and equipment as per the sub system mark up
Planning and Monitoring of A-ITR close out in PETRO PCS
coordinating with Flange management team to complete the flange tightening as per Flange management procedure and coordinating with pre-commissioning team to complete sensitive leak test.
Familiar with material like CS, SS, DSS, CRA, Titanium, 825-Alloy, Cu-Ni, GRE, GRP

Verification of Foundation Prior to Erection of Equipment.
Verify incoming material in liaison with material controller/store Keeper.
Erection of static and rotating equipment as per the GA drawing and lifting plan
Preparation of preservation matrix and log for static, rotating and packaged equipment and maintaining the preservation as per vendor requirements.
Installation of Air cooled heat exchanger structure, tube bundle, fan blade and pulley
Carry out alignment of air cooled heat exchanger Blade alignment(Blade angle and tip clearance), pulley alignment and belt tensioning.
Carry out alignment activity such as base alignment, pre-alignment, flange parallelism and final alignment of rotating equipment.
Inspection of Structural steel fabrication and erection. Alignment of steel columns and bolt torqueing of structural members.
Installation of Electric Overhead Cranes and Hand Operated Overhead cranes and conducting load test.
Carry out internals installation like schoepentoetor, demister, mist mat, catalysts, mellapack, Chimney Trays, Valve tray BDH trays & Pall Rings, Swirl deck etc and box up of static equipments
Maintaining latest revisions of all reference standards, documents, drawings, and specifications required for installation and inspections.
Coordinating with QC team to complete the inspection activitiesVerify, ensure and update calibration status of inspection test equipment.
Attending construction and MC punch list and coordinating with QC and Commissioning team for the close out

Verify incoming material inspection in liaison with material controller/store

Verification of Foundation release and Foundation inspection Prior to Erection of Equipment.
Carry out stage wise inspection of static equipment such as erection
Alignment inspection, internal installation, final inspection and box
Preparation of preservation matrix and log for static, rotating and packaged equipment and maintaining the preservation as per vendor requirements
Inspection of Air cooled heat exchangers (tube bundle installation & inspection, fan blade angle & tip clearance, pulley alignment & belt tensioning inspection.
Carry out stage wise inspection activities of rotating equipment such as erection, soft foot verification, pre alignment inspection, Flange parallelism checking and final inspection.
Inspection of Structural steel fabrication and erection. Alignment inspection of steel columns and witnessing bolt torqueing of structural members.
Preparation of punch list with client and submitting final construction dossier.
Installation and alignment inspection of Electric Overhead Cranes and Hand
Operated Overhead cranes.
Witnessing and co coordinating for the load test of EOT crane, Monorail, chain pulley block and travelling trolleys.
Participate in quality audit and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions for closing out the findings.
Maintaining latest revisions of all reference standards, documents, drawings, and specifications required for inspections.
Verify, ensure and update calibration status of inspection test equipment.
Preparation of final dossier for static/Rotating and packages.
Review of Hydro test Packages, line checking and Punch listing. Witnessing
Hydro testing and pneumatic testing.

Carry out inspection of incoming materials like Plates, Pipes. Fittings etc. and review of corresponding documents for its compliance.
Ensure the valid calibration status of monitoring & measuring devices like
Welding Machines, Baking & Holding ovens, Quivers etc.
Control of welding consumables handling at site as per Company specification, Manufacturer’s recommendations and approved procedure.
Coordinate with site execution team for the day-to-day activities and ensure its compliance against the approved documents / drawings.
Inspection of stage wise fabrication activities and related variables such as Fit-up preparation, Pre-heat / Inter pass temperature, weld parameters, Final weld visual inspection, post heating, PWHT etc. as per approved WPS.
Perform dimensional & alignment inspection for vessels and structure as per approved Drawing and ITP.
Witness of NDT activities such as, PMI, Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic
Particle Testing.
Coordinate with client representative / TPIA and conduct inspections for stage-wise activities.
Facing the Internal & External Quality Audits as Auditee
