• Perform Document Technical Reviews related to Contractor/Vendor submittals such as Method Statements, Job Hazard Analysis/Risk Assessments, Inspection Test Plans and other QHSE procedures.
• Perform Document Design Review related to Material Submittals, Pre-qualifications Submittals, Test Reports Submittals, and 3rd Party Reports, etc.
• Perform Document Reviews related to Work Inspection Requests, Material Inspection Requests and Punch list / Snag list Inspection Requests.
• Perform Document Reviews related to Safety Clearances, Permit to Work (PTW) and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and sign off same for execution of works.
• Perform Document Technical Reviews related to Schedule and Planning.
• Generate, manage, follow-up, control and close-out Non-Conformance Reports (Deficiency Notification Report).
• Generate, manage, follow-up, track, control and close-out Inspection Snag Lists / Punch Lists.
• Generate and manage Contractor Walkdown Inspection Reports.
• Generate and manage Safety Walkdown Inspection Reports
• Perform QA/QC related offsite inspections to 3rd Party laboratories, warehouses, yards, and factories for materials and equipment fabrications, assembly, testing and repairs prior to delivery to site as per Inspection Test Plans.
• Perform QA/QC related visual Painting inspections on steel structures, pipes and supports, machines and equipment. Review of coating reports, DFT readings, Paint batch certificates and MSDS as per Inspection Test Plans.
• Perform QA/QC related visual Galvanization inspections on steel members, pipes, supports and bolts. Review of galvanization reports, DFT readings, certificates and MSDS as per Inspection Test Plans.
• Perform QA/QC related visual welding inspections for various types and services of pipes, tubes and steel structures. Review of WPS, PQR, Welder Certificates, Weld Maps, Weld Book Reports and materials as per Inspection Test Plans.
• Perform QA/QC related ex-works inspections for missile doors & ballistic doors; Ballistic resistant enclosures; Portable Guard Booths; diesel generator system components such as air intake duct and louver; HVAC system louvers, ducts and insulation; EOT Crane girder and beams; Parking Canopies steel structures welding, fabrication, painting and assembly prior to delivery of items/equipment to site as per Inspection Test Plans.
• Perform QA/QC related ex-works inspections for precast blocks, walls and barriers and its steel structure components as well as witness 3rd party lab tests for 7-day cube tests, rebar mechanical tests, etc.
• Perform foreign material intrusion inspections on pipes, equipment, ducting, etc. prior to and after delivery to site and during installation through walkdowns.
• Perform balance of works walkdown inspections for building / system completion prior to handover to end user.
• Attend and witness installation, testing and commissioning inspections for mechanical systems and equipment (tanks, pumps, generator, pressure reducing stations, backflow preventer assembly, etc.)
• Provide support to the work verification team for Contractor claims and progress billing verification.
• Participate in recommending corrective actions or methods of repair for any deficiency or non-conformance identified in order to ensure work is carried out in an adequate and correct manner.
• Perform safety related inspections by stopping works when unsafe conditions are witnessed / seen. Prepare relative safety report.
• Oversee the work progress and its alignment with the quality requirements as specified by design documents including but not limited to drawings and specifications to ensure that project objectives are met in a timely manner.
• Support the theme of Plan-Do-Check-Act process and execution of the works by the Contractors.

• Researches and analyzes data, such as client wellhead program and specifications, to determine integrity of design or application.
• Evaluation and execution of assigned projects to install surface wellhead equipment for oil, water and gas wells using sound engineering and technical principles while adhering to good business practices, procedures, and product requirements.
• Recommend with drilling supervisors the approach to meet the technical and program requirements of each wellhead project.
• Act as technical focal point and contract holder for Field Service Order tickets.
• Formulate plans and implement it to achieve technical requirements, scheduling, and contract commitments per each well project.
• Develop plans for anticipation and response to rig and wellhead problems on site, pre-job and post-job.
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned well projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
• Compile and share information on Surface Wellhead equipment performance, failures, problems and innovation across all assets.
• Monitor and report performance of Surface Wellhead and Xmas Tree supplied and installed against KPI’s.
• Use of company e-tools to retrieve technical documents and management of packing list, bill of materials, drawings, prior job reports and well history etc.
• Timely completion of all post job and administrative duties including but not limited to customer and service reports, timesheets, job debriefs and tooling tracking.
• Maintaining a strong customer relationship through a positive, proactive & professional approach.
• Prepares and submits wellhead assembly drawings for gas wells and oil wells.
• Oversees installation to ensure wellhead equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications, approved drawings and manuals.
• Provide expertise, advice and support on drilling site on all issues relating to Surface Wellhead and Xmas Tree systems.
• Inspection of Surface Wellheads, casing hangers, tubing hangers, casing and tubing heads and Xmas Trees for each project.
• Conduct well survey, seal integrity and greasing jobs on various oil, water and gas wells.
• Provide technical guidance to other personnel and assigned teams; mentor others in the organization.
• Prepares HSE Observation Reports, issues Stop cards, and generates Field reports after completion of wellhead installations.
• Certified Crescent Level 1, 2 and 3 Pressure tester, able to manage and directly operate the testing of installed wellhead equipment with pressure rating up to 10K PSI.
• Responsible for checking and verification on site for wellhead compatibility with other drilling equipment.
• Responsible for checking and verification on site for thread compatibility of casing and tubing against FMC hangers.
• Researches and analyzes data, such as client, consultant and contractor design proposal and specifications, to determine integrity of design or application.

• Assists draftsmen in developing design of systems, using drafting tools or computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software.
• Responsible for engineering and design with regards to calculation of Total Gas Demands, Wobbe Index, SNG mixture selection, Storage Tank sizing, Vaporizing & Mixing Unit (SNG Module) sizing, Pressure Reducing Station sizing, Pump sizing and Compressor sizing.
• Responsible for engineering and design with regards to selection and confirmation of gas monitoring system zones and panel with detector selection.
• Responsible for delivering project work within project financial constraints.
• Responsible for generating System Description, Material Submittal, Shop Drawing Submittal, Logic of Operations, Compliance Statements to Consultant or 3rd Party comments.
• Responsible for generating QHSE documentations such as Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Inspection Test Plans and O&M Manuals.
• Responsible for review of technical documents and preparation of transmittals and submittals to Client, Consultant, Contractor and 3rd Party inspectors.
• Responsible for entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in either written form or by electronic recording.
• Responsible for formulating reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, invoices and scheduling.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with international codes such as NFPA, IGE, ASME, LPG Code and local authority such as Civil Defense and ADNOC standards.
• Sound technical knowledge on Natural Gas, Substitute Natural Gas and Liquefied Petroleum Gas codes internationally and locally.
• Oversees installation to ensure gas equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications, approved drawings and manufacturer manuals.
• Coordinates building, fabrication, and installation of product design for Pressure Reducing Stations, Gas Detection Systems, Storage Plants, etc.
• Plans and directs personnel in fabrication of equipment such as PRS, Gas Panels and develops method statements for execution of work and testing of products.
• Responsible for conferring with Team members on site to discuss such matters as work procedures, and project issues.
• Responsible for preparation of Work Orders, signing of LPO’s and acceptance of delivery notes on project sites.
• Oversees delivery of key central gas equipment and materials from yard, warehouse or plant to loading off on construction site before signing off release papers.
• Oversight of day to day activity and monitoring progress against planned schedule.
• Sign off on daily work permit (hot / cold / testing) as per site conditions.
• Investigates equipment failures, diagnoses faulty operation, and makes recommendations to maintenance crew.
• Ability to assist with testing of installed equipment, development of methods and procedures for testing the systems.
• Coordination with Third Party Inspectors and Local Authorities for inspection of projects.
• Oversees pressure testing and flushing of pipelines and underground network with TPI and Local Authority.
• Oversees pressure testing of Storage Tanks, Sprinkler systems, and Pressure Reducing Stations with TPI and Authority.
• Oversees functional testing of Gas Control Panels with detectors on Main Control Rooms and zones as well as interconnection to the fire alarm system of buildings.
• Oversees compliance to approved testing & commissioning procedures and checklists.
• Preparation of hand over certificates and close out reports

• Technical support on various White-Rodgers products ranging from thermostats, air cleaners, gas valves to unitary controls and gas/furnace modules.
• Strategic technical support on HVAC systems that incorporates White Rodgers products.
• Up selling (inside sales) to HVAC Contractors, OEM, and End User homeowners thru phone inquiry.
• Monitoring, Tracking and Reporting Homeowner, OEM, Contractor, Distributor calls.
• Review of Contractor, OEM, and End User purchases.
• Daily log sheet of customer inquiry thru Excel worksheet and Epiphany tool.
• Answer e-mail inquiry of product specification from customer that needs technical assistance on HVAC systems.
• Responsible for rendering the technical applications needed / required by HVAC systems in choosing various White Rodgers products.
