• Develop QCP & ITP for equipments & materials procured under the OPCO Unified standard Engineering Requirements of 1, 2, 3 & 5
• Identifies quality control requirements in ADCO purchase orders for Casing & Tubing's, Down hole Equipments, Wellhead & Christmas Tree Equipments, SMLS line pipes
• Review MDP & ITP from TPI agencies & approve award of ITO to successful technical & commercial bidder
• Approve MTC, IR, IRC submitted by the manufacturer & TPI, based on defined standards & ITP requirements
• Advise buyers for certification requirements based on operational requirements of SSC, HIC for sour service equipments & spares
• Recommends TPI appointment and decides on hold witness and review points for the TPI. Reviews and endorses TPI invoices
• Assesses and reports on quality and inspection measures taken by bidders to ensure compliance with ADCO requirements
• Approve manufacturer submitted PS, based on ITP requirements & recommend necessary changes as per the production requirements
• Ensures quality compliance of TPI companies by conducting external auditing at various field locations.
• Monitor appointed TPI agencies inspection plans & review all submitted documents with necessary approvals.
• Identify & resolve NCR as well as control deviations by advising appropriate way forward as per applicable design & manufacturing standards.
• Review & approval for inspectors CV based on ITP intervention requirements & equipment criticality. Perform interview as required.
• Recommend witness & hold points for the TPI agencies based on standard requirements of performing equipments
• Develop work instruction for the Quality Assurance function & participate in corporate compliance auditing
• Approve all MTC, NDE & reports submitted by manufacturers performing 3.1 certification requirements of the procured materials.
• Team lead for Two Years Operational Spare parts
• Material Master creation approval for New Plants spare parts
• Inspection of received critical materials
• Laison with EPIC.
• Provide technical evaluation & support to buyers, end users for spare parts
• Recommend new agreement scope of spares with contracts department for economic costing & reducing overheads.
• Material master quality for specification control for existing plants : Di Ammonium Phosphate, Sulphuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Ammonia, Phosphate Mine & Utilities
• Review of department procedures & operational service level agreement.
• Reduce inventory through interchangeability check
• Identify duplicates in stock & recommend revised stock levels based on plant requirements.
• Review of SPIR received from the EPIC with respect to the specifications of the TYOS & providing feedback/approval for its procurement.
• Enhance & standardize material specification presently available in Oracle
• Develop department procedures for warehousing, inventory & standardization sections.
• SPIR approvals & recommendations for spare parts, equipments & consumable items for new & expansion projects
• Department focal point for engineering & operations requirements for spares
• Responsible for Sahil & Shah full field development project for spare parts & Material Management.

• Identifies requirements for the pre-manufacturing meetings (PMM). Ensures that PMMs are held on time and follows up on reports issued by TPI highlighting problem areas or non-conformities and recommends appropriate solution
• Maintains a comprehensive database on conformance of various manufacturers and TPIs with set quality & inspection requirements.
• Reduce inventory through interchangeability check
• Do technical evaluation & review of alternate offers.
• Recommend & propose additional prospective materials for existing & new price agreements
• Participates in the identification of quality and inspection requirements and standards applicable to new materials being procured by ADCO.
• Reviews materials test result certificates and recommends acceptance/rejection of materials accordingly.
• Keeps abreast of developments in the areas of QA, cataloguing & coding.
• Operates and proposes modifications to the section’s E- filling system.
• Approve all Two Years Operational Spares for PDH & PP Plants, by giving due weightage to process criticality, installed interchangeable equipments, design maturity, operation & maintenance schedules with contractor & manufacturer recommendations.
• Develop & Implement Material Management business process covering Material Standardization, Warehousing, Purchasing & Inventory for the plants that are in the commissioning phase (PDH, PP & UTILITIES)
• Coordinate with EPIC’s with respect to spare, equipment, packages for Pre commissioning, commissioning, start up & Two Years Operational Spares for all plant activities.
• Review of BOM for the equipments & providing technical clarification for the maintainable spare parts for the new project.
• Total Spare parts saving to the company is SR 12.35 Million, by mode of EPIC & Manufacturer recommendation curtailing.
