• Identifies quality control requirements in ADCO purchase orders for Casing & Tubing's, Down hole Equipments, Wellhead & Christmas Tree Equipments, SMLS line pipes
• Review MDP & ITP from TPI agencies & approve award of ITO to successful technical & commercial bidder
• Approve MTC, IR, IRC submitted by the manufacturer & TPI, based on defined standards & ITP requirements
• Advise buyers for certification requirements based on operational requirements of SSC, HIC for sour service equipments & spares
• Recommends TPI appointment and decides on hold witness and review points for the TPI. Reviews and endorses TPI invoices
• Assesses and reports on quality and inspection measures taken by bidders to ensure compliance with ADCO requirements
• Approve manufacturer submitted PS, based on ITP requirements & recommend necessary changes as per the production requirements
• Ensures quality compliance of TPI companies by conducting external auditing at various field locations.
• Monitor appointed TPI agencies inspection plans & review all submitted documents with necessary approvals.
• Identify & resolve NCR as well as control deviations by advising appropriate way forward as per applicable design & manufacturing standards.
• Review & approval for inspectors CV based on ITP intervention requirements & equipment criticality. Perform interview as required.
• Recommend witness & hold points for the TPI agencies based on standard requirements of performing equipments
• Develop work instruction for the Quality Assurance function & participate in corporate compliance auditing
• Approve all MTC, NDE & reports submitted by manufacturers performing 3.1 certification requirements of the procured materials.
