a) Contract negotiation; review and put forward synopsis to the top management and coordinate with legal, commercial, technical and financial experts and draft clarifications and responses for top management approval and ultimately convey to the clients. Over 50 long term and short term contracts for rental and sales have been finalized in favour of the company, apart from
many other that went the other way, through the span of 4 years.
b) Tender administration; Study tender documents and master agreements from world's major drilling and exploration companies, such as BAKER Hughes, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Chevron, HKN, Genel, Gazprom, ENI, Dubai petroleum Etc.., co-ordinate with all relevant departments, prepare and ensure timely submission meeting tender procedures and company
policies. Follow up on clarifications and amendments. On an average 40-45 Tenders per year for rental and sale of Drilling equipment have successfully processed and followed up till the final conclusion.
c) Prequalification; Manage approved vendor registration with Operators and End users.
d) Proposal building; Manage day to day inquiries and mentor rental coordinators, review costing and approve final quote complying company policies. Obtain and evaluate supplier /service quotations, price negotiations etc... On an average 1000 Quotations a year with a success rate of 40% achieved.
e) Order process; Receive customer orders, review for compliance and communicate with the client and suppliers where nonconformity are identified. Ensure accuracy in the order process within the ERP system (TRACS) and monitor compliance to Client contracts and company policies.
f) Office administration; Track, review, analyze and report to the management on Quotes, Tenders, Contracts, Pre-qualifications, customer meeting reports (CMR). Monitor, communicate, initiate and close out actionable leads on client web portals. Provide inputs on
business development to the sales team.
