• Involve in financial planning - Income statement, Cash flow and Balance sheet projections.
• Gather information requirements of all functional departments and configure in SAP Business Intelligence software and provide live, visual, ad-hoc, drill down analysis.
• Manage SAP BI (Business Objects) user security systems, give access, training and troubleshooting for the new and existing users.
• Live data analysis presentations in top management strategic decision making meetings and measure performance of departments through Key Performance Indicators.
• Lead supply chain team for Inventory Procurement Planning, execution and control.
• Maintain Master files in ERP system for Material, Vendor, Customer and Fixed Assets.
• Ensure all data inputs in POS Master ( Material data, Pricing, Units of Measure, Barcodes based on company policies.
• Develop Operational Reports using SAP ABAP, Smartforms and ALV Reports as per the various department’s requirements.
• Ensure continuous support on latest reporting technologies to all department heads as well as the top management.
