Responsibility
Responsible for overall management of corporate activities, monitor retail operation, factory production, end to end supply chain and logistics operations, information management, and financial performance management in following key areas.

Evaluate the marketing idea, specialize in solving customer needs and finding sales triggers with proper segmentation and positioning while differentiating the competitive edge and concentrate on effective marketing communications.
Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity with top earning quality to improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes. Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality and seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships along with provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values and also resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.
