Working as Key Accounts / Inside Sales Engineer at GHOBASH Group Energy Cluster for,
Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC (EEIC)& Gulf Commercial Group - Sole
Proprietorship LLC (GCG) Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Actions carrying out:
• Review & analysis of Project related Scope of Work/Purchase, MR, BOQ, PR, LTPA, RFQ, RFI etc.,
received from FEED, EPC, EPCM consultants/contractors along with ADNOC and other major End-
users direct tenders as well in a timely manner.
• Strategic sourcing of products and services both locally and globally from manufactures/suppliers on
basis of ADNOC AVL & Non-AVL upon thorough evaluation of project documents/or contracts
received from clients, aiming to meet their needs.
• Preparing techno-commercial quotations and cost estimates according to project requirements.
• Consults closely with inhouse & manufacturer Engineering team on proposed product configurations
to ensure conformance to company capabilities and factory standards.
• Communicates with Manufacturers and sub-vendors to ensure correct components/model/MOC are
proposed for production to increase the success ratio of Bids/Quotations.
• Supports sales team with Technical & Commercial application knowledge for price negotiations and
finalizations.
• Following up with manufacturer/supplier to expedite the submission of GAD, ITP upon PO award
and getting approval from the Project Technical team/ End user for an efficient & timely supply of
products and services.
• Monitoring order execution and co-ordinate with expeditor for timely supply of products and services.
• Work closely with Sales Manager and Sales Director to determine ideal business and opportunities
to pursue for the Organization growth.
• Focal point for Principal manufacturers of Industrial Valves, Pipeline Fittings, Instrument & Tube
fittings, Heat Exchangers, Special service valves etc.…,
• Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings, planning & preparing
presentations with both management.
• Writing reports and providing feedback to management based on the market mapping of Business.
• Ensure that sales updates & data are accurately entered and managed within the company’s
records as needed to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Consistently in contact with International Manufacturers & Suppliers and maintain good business
relations.

- \[ \] Bid Clarifications: Address bidder queries.
- \[ \] Pre-Bid Meetings and Site Visits: Conduct meetings and site visits (if required).
- \[ \] Bid Receipt and Evaluation: Receive, evaluate technical and commercial bids.
- \[ \] Purchase Order (PO) Issuance: Finalize vendor selection, issue PO.
- \[ \] Post-Order Phase (Execution)
- \[ \] Vendor Document Approval: Review, approve vendor documents.
- \[ \] Drawing Approval: Approve vendor drawings.
- \[ \] Quality Document Approval: Verify vendor quality documents.
- \[ \] Manufacturing Clearance: Issue clearance for production.
- \[ \] Devising efficient logistics management system to ensure delivery of the goods / shipments as per committed timelines and cost.
