Job responsibilities:
• Handled recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, and conducting interviews and checking of candidate's documents authenticity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensured optimized utilization of existing manpower in terms of proposing transfers, promotions, job enrichment etc.
• Provided strategic input to change management and business development activities including mobilization and demobilization.
• Assisted in end-to-end visa administration of the employees.
• Performed periodic audit of HR files and records to ensure required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Prepared and maintained HR related reports, employee's personnel electronic records & internal HR data.
• Got assigned with special task at opening branches to execute and oversee all the necessary HR activities were performed within the deadlines and in line with other departments.
