Print Server, OUs, and Group Policy.
➢ Configuration & maintaining of various Microsoft Office 365 products E1, E3, E5 licensing.
➢ Configuration and maintaining Microsoft Exchange server office365, 2016.
➢ Overseeing & Managing AV system McAfee & Trend Micro Antivirus - Console Dashboard
monitoring, Data protection, Agent installation in client PC, new policy version update,
Scanning schedule, DLP security.
➢ Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare or equivalent and RDS application server
configurations.
➢ Maintaining & monitoring of Firewall - Sonic Wall, Sophos - Users and System network policy
and Security configuration.
➢ Work from home access setup for users Sophos VPN & Horizon client configuration.
➢ Managing Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) and Call Manager Software () for
Hospital Call center.
➢ Systems and Data folder Backup & Recovery using Veeam software
➢ Troubleshooting Systems and Networks problems and investigating, diagnosing, and solving
software & hardware faults.
➢ Managing and Configuring of IPTV, CCTV, Digital Signage (Fourwinds), Q-System, Access
control systems
➢ Managing and maintaining ZOHO Manage Engine - Remote Support, IT Assets management,
Ticketing system, AD Management, Software deployment & System Updates.
➢ Maintaining system documentation layout of all ICT infrastructure systems.
➢ Monitoring the Network connections by using with appropriate network performance tools.
➢ Configuration of MPF Printer servers - HP, Canon, Xerox, UTAX
➢ Perform routine/scheduled audits of the Server, Systems, including all backups & Events.
➢ Network support LANs, WANs, network segments, Wi-Fi Access Point, and intranet systems
➢ Leading and Supporting IT Helpdesk and Support team on daily operations.
➢ Troubleshoot all IT systems problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues
➢ Overseeing and Coordination IT Projects that involve implementing new application &
software, IT Infrastructure and Systems setup.
➢ Documentation & Coordination with vendors according to contractual SLAs as required.
➢ Maintaining software License records and staff CUG SIM connections records.
