 Well aware of Electrical Installation regulations (DEWA. ADDC and SEWA)
 Analysing project requirements and reviewing all the project proposals wherein mapping requirements of manpower/ materials resources in which ensuring cost effective execution as per schedule.

▪ Technical coordination with contractors, client representatives,
architectural design team, sitesupervision teams, project management
team etc.
▪ Preparation of electrical shop drawings, load schedules, SLD etc. and
liaising with DEWA for design approvals and execute the work as per
authority regulations and respective standards.
▪ Coordinate with other services like Arch. and Mechanical design and
details to implement on electrical services
▪ Responsible for taking electrical approval from Authority (DEWA)
▪ Review the comments from DEWA & Client and rectify the faults.
▪ Responsible for the monitoring of works execution, material quality
control and follow-up on all Electrical installations.
▪ Coordination with all MEP works related to electrical, HVAC, water
supply, drainage, fire alarm, firefighting, CCTV systems.

▪ Torch Tower Maintenance Project
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Monitor and control all electrical site execution and ensure the work done is
in accordance to the approved shop drawings and quality standards.
▪ Attend consultant inspections and ensure instructions completed properly
on the stipulated timeframe.
▪ Site survey and prepare reports of damaged electrical accessories and
fittings.
▪ Report the activities and work updates to Project Engineer on a daily basis.
▪ Preparing material requests as per site requirement.
