• Offered leadership in planning and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for submission to the donor that guided decision making and realignment of implementation strategies.

• Offered hands on training, coaching sessions to staff on best financial management practices, documentation requirements and donor interests.
• Developed work tools, policy documents and mechanisms to ensure smooth operations and high-level compliance to the internal processes
