Major Job Roles:-
◼️ Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information

◼️ Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions

◼️ Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries

◼️ Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance

◼️ Use radio, phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations

◼️ Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule

◼️ Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements

◼️ Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information

◼️ Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and acceptable quality

◼️ Selecting space for storage and arranging for good to be placed in the designated areas

◼️ To ensure proper stocking materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss

◼️ Maintain HSE practices in the working environment in order to minimize the opportunity of damage property and injury to self and colleagues

◼️ Pro-actively remind colleagues to behave in line with the HSE processes defined by the company

◼️ Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems

◼️ Handling warehouse Inbound and Outbound

Activities:
▪️Arranging inland transportation to enable the movement of full containers and loose cargo
▪️Coordination with warehouse and transporters to schedule operations.
▪️Provides complete and updated information to warehouse concerning time and place of delivery.
▪️Supply customer service with necessary information concerning delivery status of orders.
▪️Place purchase orders in-house as well as to subcontractors and suppliers.
▪️Customs clearing for import and export shipments.
▪️Maintain stock inventory within established stock levels.
▪️Maintains required control reports and documentation.
