Handling a client portfolio in over 6 countries, spread across GCC.
Managing distributors in alignment with given KPIs and achievements. Conducting Periodical
Business Reviews.
Stock Management at Retailer/Distributor level.
Planning & executing Trade marketing activities. Closely monitoring the Trade Budget and
spent.
Constantly interacting with current customers through email/phone and personal visits to
ensure regular & high level of client satisfaction.
Working Cross-Functionally with the Operations, Financial, NPD teams to ensure client
needs/requirements are met regularly & adequately.

•Manage the company’s international sales, marketing and business development efforts in Middle East, Europe, CIS countries and Specific focus on developing the Private Label supermarket and Food Distributor segment of the business through profitable new customers and products.
•Strategically develop the Middle East, Europe & CIS Countries market for the products
Generate sales and strategic business development in the markets with specific focus on UK, Germany, Spain, Estonia, Lithuania, Greece, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar etc…
•Service a range of requirements in the retail (private label), food service as well as repack segments.
•Build and maintain long term partnerships with Private Label & Foodservice customers.
•Work on new product initiatives based on market demand and internal capabilities.
•Ensure timely execution of orders as per the customer’s requirements. This entails appropriate planning and co-ordination with a cross-functional teams based on availability of all required raw material.
Acquire new customers who meet product criteria and flag them on the system

Acquire all related ids of the Primary id and send racing request on Web based

Utilizing the sales resources for optimal sales support. Penetration of products across family groups. Sales across all product segments-TPP, Assets, Cards etc.
Develops a research, branding, business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insight. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and asses against goal. Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Wide knowledge of Import & Export. Responsible Developed annual sales budgets and ensure that they are met when approved.
•Achievements: Launched 3 products for the company and did all the marketing and branding steps which accelerate the visibility of the product in the market. Finalized & started several deals for the company in different countries like Qatar, Sudan, Bahrain, United States, Switzerland, Kuwait, Singapore, Mauritania, UAE etc…
•Represented the company in several exhibitions like Gulfood (2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015), OPEX (Doha, Riyadh, and Dubai), Food & Hospitality Exhibition in Muscat, Food & Hotel Asia, Singapore, 14th Industrialists’ GCC Conference in Muscat, the 15th GCC Join Exhibition, Sharjah.
•Managed a SKU portfolio of 6 brands.
Launched the concept of “eye-level visibility” for Nizwa Foods.
•Effective Communication, implementation and execution of distribution related Sales Cycle Plan activities and plans with the distributors. Ensure compliance of distributor with the company requirements and work load management. Managing business-to-business relationships with the retailers from whom our consumers buy
Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area/segment and achieve monthly target revenue.
•Focus on Corporates and other prospective sales and target market for budget hotels. Prepare and conduct sales presentations in co-ordination with the team.
•Submit monthly and weekly sales plan and market analysis (monthly) as well as daily sales/activity reports. Contribute to increase in business volume by effective and productive sales programs Initiating and Coordinating action plans to penetrate new markets.
•Ensure to achieve objectives established in the Organizations Strategic Plan. Relationship building with all the current and prospective customers along with Market coverage.
