 Project & Solution delivery management for Enterprise Risk Management portfolio
 Handling critical projects for Corporate/Credit, Retail and Operational Risk divisions comprises of large scale regulatory project implementations like BASEL (AIRB & FIRB) and their gap analysis
 Manages Portfolio performance with 30+ member team and budget of 13M SAR
 End to end IT service delivery management for systems development, support and enhancements for Corporate, Retail and Operational risk management systems
 Portfolio SPOC for the IT delivery and associated activities, Risk & Issues, Business User management
 Stakeholder management - Cross departmental IT, Business stakeholders and external vendors.
 Reports to VP/SVP of the IT delivery organization for Program and Project delivery

 Responsible for managing IT project/program delivery for clients
 Currently manages Service provisioning practices for a leading Payment solution provider in MEA
 Handling accounts of the size ranging 1 to 5 millions
 End-to-end program/project management, from feasibility study till system implementation and post implementation support. Manages overall project delivery.
 Manages a team of project managers, domain experts/business analysts, Technical Architects /Leads, DBAs, Quality Assurance and Quality control teams.
 Resource Management at both on-site and offshore including recruitments.
 Risk Management, P&L Management, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvements

 Development, Support and Enhancement of Revenue Optimization/ Yield Management systems of Emirates Airlines running on multi-platforms.
 Business Analysis/Process Engineering and responsible for estimation, planning and obtaining approvals for Business Case and Statement of work (SOWs).
 Responsible for Managing Scope, Cost and Schedule for each system deliveries.
 Quality Management, Managing Releases and Configuration management of IT systems.
 Infrastructure planning and management for systems on multi-platform environments(Windows/ Unix/ Linux/ AIX/Citrix/.NET/JAVA/Oracle)
