• Handling Tickets on day to basis. Where the ticket could be related to - Configuration, Enhancement / Customization, Break fixes, Report, Interface, Forms, Business Process Education, and Data related etc.

• Report development with BI consultant on Fiori launchpad, Hana Studio
• Prepared Document: Data Load template, Mapping template - FSD, UTD, ITD, Scenarios, Dry run scenarios, FDD, BPPs, FUTs, FITs, Data Validation Script.
• Configuration: As per the business requirement designed the process such as Master data (Customer, Material CMIR, Commission Agent Partner function configuration, Product Hierarchy with 7 level).
Required scenarios (Sample /Free /Standard /Export /Domestic-sales, Consignment sales process under one Document flow, 3DR party process with Delivery and Shipment, Credit Management, COA configuration on delivery document. …etc).
• Enhancement: the requirement which is not in standard SAP - (3DR party with delivery and shipment, CMIR should work on SH partner, SH should not be accepted in SO if SH is not associated with SP, Invoice number range should be trigger based on Sales org etc.
• Testing: UT, IT, DL testing, scenarios, configuration testing, etc.
• Involved in Data load, Cutover Activity, prepared SMW (XD02, VA02, 0VTC etc.), Hypercare support (Symphony + Okta) & Support.
Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities:
• Handling Tickets on day to day basis, Experienced in working under strict SLA conditions for production support projects.
• Handling customization, configuration, and enhancement related issues.
• Resolving process related queries, transaction reversals, assessed transaction impact on other modules and coordinated for making changes to master data maintenance requests.
• Coordinating with technical team and end users for required functional and technical enhancement
• Gather the complete information from the Project Manager to develop a Report for the particular requirement.
• Clearly understand the business requirement from business through conducting meeting.
• To meet the requirement did Configuration at the Document level, Condition level, and the Business level.
SAP Skills:
• Configuration of enterprise structure.
• Configuration & Customization of sales documents, item categories, schedule line categories, delivery documents and billing documents. \[Sales Order - Delivery (Shipping) -Billing\]
• Basic functional Configuration like Account determination, pricing procedure determination, condition technique, Copy Controls, partner determination, Free goods determination, .
• Special sales transactions like consignment stock processing intercompany sales process.
• Creation of customer master, Sales Order, customer material info record.
• Configuration of material listing and exclusion, item proposal.
• Knowledge of setting up Organizational Structures: Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division, Sales Area, Plant, Storage Location, Sales Office, Sales Group, Shipping point and Loading point.
