• Assist during pre-commissioning of equipment and coordinate technical issues, such as new equipment installation, upgrades, modifications, etc.
• Manpower allocations on various sites.
• Review of contract proposals and preparation of contract drafts.
• Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports.
• Attending daily meetings with higher management and briefing supervisors and technicians on work procedures and implementations.
• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment; provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
• Develop, implement, or evaluate maintenance policies and procedures as well as determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
• Managing staff members, ensuring that procedures are followed, setting performance targets and communicating with managers.
• Preparing and implementing quarterly Planned Preventive Maintenance planners of the equipment and systems on site as well as daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with sub-contractors for rectifications of equipment breakdowns still under warranty, organize site condition surveys prior to handing over of new projects.
