Execute sales across all Trade channels (Wholesale, Retail, Horeca & Modern Market), which includes the Sales plan nationwide; achieve the sales volume, market share & report directly to Marketing Director.
•Manage the Indomie Cup Noodle domestic market in all Region of Saudi Arabia, maintain the market to growth with distribution improvement, sales promo, above the line activities and below the line activities, to achieve the sales and marketing target.
•Design the business plan for Import Product in all Region, and manage Below the Line activities (Key Account activities, Trade Promo and in store promo) implementing the plan and strategy to achieve the sales and marketing target.
•Build & implement strategic plans to incorporate regional market analysis & trends, promotional calendar, evaluation of the competition, identification & tracking of new business targets, review of growth opportunities in key accounts, brand merchandising & customer service.
•Managing and adjusting selling prices & discounts mechanism by monitoring costs, competition, and supply & demand situation; in coordination with various decision making related departments.
•Monthly analyzing of Area wise Sales Report, Stock Management, Sales to Trade vs. Sales to Distributor.
•Negotiate & finalize agreements with the Distribution team for trade accounts, each according to its criteria.
•Developing annual marketing plans in partnership with the distributor and management.
•Conducting in-depth analysis to determine the image/demand of the brand.
