location). The role is to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure at the site and
provide end-user support.

• Providing support for various kinds of OS issues for around 300+ user.
• System Administration (Installing, Configuring & Administrating Windows Server 2003/2008/2008/2012 and Windows XP/Windows 7.
• Windows Server Hardware and software support.
• Managing and troubleshooting Active Directory Services, DHCP, DNS and Radius server.
• Active Directory Support and User administration.
• Configuring and Monitoring E-mail clients- Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 outlook and Windows Live mail.
• Hyper-V and VMware L2 environment support.
• Backup and restore- All kind of backup.
