I was worked 5 months in Qatar metro rail project. It was shutdown work.

The company mainly focused on Telecom and civil construction

Responsibilities :
• Conduct periodic safety and health walk-through inspections of all workplace facilities
• Assisting QHSE department for investigating all accidents should be done as soon as possible after any incident.
• Reporting first aider for relevant action in medical emergency situation.
• Responsible for communicate with civil defense and medical emergency providers during time of fire and medical emergencies.
• Responsible to report all HSE related matters to the QHSE department.
• Ensure that the requirements of QHSE documentations are fulfilled

Develop policies, plans and PROCEDURES to minimize risk to the public and employees.
Familiar all work place hazards processing related hazards
• Responsibilities of works and maintenance of fire equipment’s.
• Enforce a “No Smoking” policy throughout the duration of the project.
• First aid and latest firefighting techniques.
• Heavy lifting PROCEDURE, preventions and hazards while lifting activities.
• Identify related hazard and preventing measures as per client safety PROCEDURES.
• Conduct safety exercises, musters and drills.
• All emergency safety procedures.
• Contributed effectively for accomplishment of the district’s safety goals, objectives and activities.
• Recognize all the hazards due to different work activities.
• Safe procedure working around heavy equipment’s
• Wire rope and chain slings procedure.
• Identify the gas and chemicals hazards.
• Resolves complaints and make recommendations to manager for right actions, as required
• Scaffolding safe procedure, avoid falls from heights.
• Standard occupational hazards, including accident analysis and prevention techniques.
• Tips for an effective safety health committee.
• Using/handling maintenance/inspection and refilling of all first aid firefighting extinguishers.
• Preparing of safety induction training, tool box talk and safety meeting.
• Seminar orientation of new employees
