At present, I am working as a travel coordinator/travel manager with Transasia Travel Pvt Ltd since Jan 2012. I believe in service, so it is my priority to provide outstanding service and rapid response to our valued clients and customers. My responsibilities also include overseeing administration and operations, including handling international travel inquiries (individual and group), tracking payments, and maintaining friendly and cooperative relationships with customers and clients.
I worked with Parwaz Express (pvt)Ltd -IATA as a successful Travel Consultant, during my time. I managed all corporate clients and customers successfully and provided the best rapid service, Amadeus & Galileo (GDS) user, manage Hotel accommodation, Transportation, health insurance, Umrah, and Hajj (group and individual) in both international and domestic sectors accordingly
It was my first professional experience in the travel industry, and I had a great time working with our seniors. I learned how to manage time effectively, rapidly respond to our valued clients and customers for (Domestic and International Flights) Ticketing/Reservation, Fare Component, Hotel, Transport, and Insurance, also follow up on the payment, and arrangement, and handle the Hajj and Umrah Group also..
1. Completed the Basic E-Ticketing/ Reservation Course (Galileo) from 7th Mar 2022 to 11th Mar 2022 at TSL Pvt Ltd (Travel port Karachi-Pakistan) successfully, 2. Completed Basic and Advance E-Ticketing Course (BSP) from Amadeus (GDS) Training Center, Club Road Karachi in Jun 2005 & Feb 2018.
