● Respond and Resolve Service call in a timely manner, Inspect, maintain, and Troubleshoot the HVAC components.
● Operating and responding corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance job for monthly and quarterly schedule of \[PETRA APSaa-375-3\] Air cooled chiller.
● Operating and responding corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance job for monthly and quarterly schedule of \[ZAMIL ASY-320-B\] Air cooled chiller.
● Perform monthly and quarterly preventive Maintenance Work of HVAC units like (AHU, FAHU, ACCU, PACU, FCU, SPLIT AND WINDOW TYPE A/C ETC)
● performing corrective maintenance job of HVAC units like (changing compressor, changing Condenser fan motors, blower motor Etc.)
● Changing Air Filters of HVAC equipment.
● Changing Drier Core filter, liquid line filters, and replace Parts which is faulty.
● Charging Leak Testing of HVAC units and Charge Refrigerant on HVAC units.
● Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC System.
● Performing checks blower motors and belts and handle lubrication duties, adjusting the pully alignment,
● Replace faulty or expired parts in an HVAC system.
● Make sure that any loose wires are connected and secured properly.
● Perform Daily Monitoring and Troubleshooting of HVAC unit.
● Handle maintenance of tools and equipment.
● Able to Write and Speak English, Hindi.

● Change Drier Core and replace Parts which is faulty.

● Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC System.
● Doing Monthly or Quarterly PM indoor or Outdoor Units.
● Troubleshooting of Split or Window Units.
● Refrigerant on HVAC Leak Testing and Charge units.
● Installation of Air Conditioning Split or Window Units.
● Leak Testing and Charge Refrigerant on HVAC units.
● Change Condenser Fan Motor and Blower Motor or Etc.
● Change Filters of HVAC equipment.
● Installation of Air Conditioning Split or Window Units.
