 Oversee provisional sums for spare parts with monthly cap, balance carry-forward, and RSG pre-approval for all quotations
 Enforce HSEQ standards including LOTO, working at height, PPE, uniform compliance (4 sets/year per staff), and permit-to-work systems
 Maintain strong stakeholder relations with RSG management, service providers, and subcontractors; ensure all subcontractor CVs are preapproved
by RSG

• Led Hard Service and MEP Operations & Maintenance for Project Mono Island, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Conducted comprehensive Daily & Weekly walkthroughs for facility and equipment inspections, including DG Sets, Electrical systems, Kitchen and Laundry Equipment, Walk-in Freezer & Chiller, and Fire Life Safety (FLS) equipment such as FM200, WET Chemical systems, Fire Extinguishers, and Conventional Fire Alarm Panels.
