Showtech LLC, is a production and event services company that specializes in sound, light, event production and event management. My role here is key account management and event production. Some of the landmark events I have been directly involved in are TOIFA (Times of India Film Awards), Wiz Khalifa concert, Arjit singh concert, International Yoga Day 2016, Abu Dhabi Air expo 2016, Bayer medical conferences, Aston Martin launch and many more.

BPO+ is the biggest outsourcing solutions provider in Qatar and recipients of numerous awards such as the best OSP in the MENA region amongst others. Of the multiple portfolios the company has, I dealt with Qatar Stars League and Qatar Football Association for football events and other sports events related ventures.
I am accountable for all undertakings of BPO+ with Qatar stars league (QSL) and Qatar Football Association (QFA) including
Supervising tenders to be submitted for various undertakings
Managing all league matches for the QSL that happen every week for the duration of the season.
Delegating, training and supervising the teams involved with the QSL.
Post event reconciliation of reports, data and other collateral.
Managing channel sales or marketing outlets at malls or stores
Supervision of sales, cash flow and reports to ensure everything is in order.
Organic growth opportunities with existing clients.

Lightech is an audio, visual equipment rental company. I am presently employed as a key-account manager and have a team of 3 sales managers reporting to me. Responsible for managing key accounts for the company as well as supervising sales performance of the sales team. Presently my contribution to the company is about AED 3Mil in event sales (in organic and new accounts) along with periodic monitoring and supervision of projects.

 Identifying bottom quartile performers and conducting special training sessions to improve them
 Constant updating teams of periodic changes in operational procedure.

 In-charge of disseminating trainings as and when required to various departments

I was assistant project officer for a team put in charge of the first ever Baton relay organized by the Commonwealth Games Committee in the history of the games. The Baton relay was modeled on the Olympic torch relay and aimed at spreading the spirit of the games throughout the country.

Accountabilities
Organizing and co-coordinating daily celebrations / festivities / events of the Youth Baton Relay through 9 states in India. Check feasibility of sponsor requests and coordinate the same into the relay’s daily schedule.
Liaison with the different government bodies in various states and other affiliated bodies to ensure seamless event flow
Liaison with the media team to ensure that prompt press releases are sent out along with ensuring that each event gets its due coverage.
Organize press conferences, media interaction points, along with other official events related to the Youth Baton Relay.
Updating teams with their daily job roles and expectations.
