Responsibilities: reporting to Service Center Manager and to perform other such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to me from time to time by the President or the Board of Directors of the Company.
• Computers maintenance (software & hardware): test end user machines and reporting to DELL escalation team to order defect parts To be installed later when arrive.
• Warehouse official (SAP "business management system"): Include the logical sequence of the replacement parts began of the supplier request process of parts, received, stored and the return the damaged to the supplier (DELL) using an integrated system for the procedure to the fullest, called (SAP)
Handled troubleshooting and repair of computer to component level and Network Management in time-efficient manner
• Computer maintenance, Installation, Troubleshooting, Network and computer
• LAN & WAN & IP Addressing Subnetting, Switch.
• Install and Settings Wireless Access Point secure and encryption.
• Performing windows updates, application updates and antivirus updates .
• Assembling and Card level trouble shooting of PC’s and Configuration of different NIC, Display and Sound...etc. installation on different OS .
• Computer maintenance, maintain and creation of the internal network and follow-up periodic maintenance of the schools laboratory and small Companies
• Electronics maintenance like monitors, laptops, Fix Electrical Boards, TV, radio, video CD
• Installing and maintaining servers (Domain and Active Directory Networks, Backup Data)
• Administering and configuration DNS & DHCP & Active Directory( Users Computers, Groups, OU, GPO)
