- Manage Wireless projects related to Nokia and Ericsson.
- Coordinate between Network Design departments to come up with an integrated design for each site and send it for implementation.
- Manage Changes on 4G1 & 4G3 projects, including scope and design changes, evaluating their impact and taking required approval from the scope change committee
- Prepare required reports as SOW and MOPs report, Weekly Progress and Status reports, 4G KPIs report, VP KPIs report, Physical & Logical report and many other reports based on management request.

- Involved in Managing Wire Line projects of Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) at STC, The projects include (1000 FOC Building Requirements, EBU 2008, 2009 Broad Band Connectivity for Key Account, 2009 MSAN Broad Band, Industrial Cities, and 2010 Broadband Connectivity for Key Account).
- Handle urgent requests for projects, from receiving requests from the requester, preparing all Scope of Works (SoWs), Work Orders (WOs) & assignments until issuing Integrated Scope of works (ISoW) and send it to Implementation.
- Gather requirements from process owners, and do Business and system analysis in order to develop the required solutions.
- Preparing daily workloads for staff & co-ordinating the daily allocation of work
- Motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets
- Handling new client enquiries and acting as the face of the business
- Arranging weekly team meetings, focussing on targets & achievements
- Do Business and system analysis for KKU departments (Scholarships & Training, Archive, Procurement, Inventory, Tenders…): Take requirements from users and managers and translate them into data flow diagrams, ERDs
- Prepare physical data models for database using Power Designer and build databases on Oracle 10g
- Design and develop applications using Oracle Developer 6i
- Maintain and support existing databases and applications
