Responsible for the Teams who take care of the biggest governmental projects such as Hukoomi, Mawared, and Customs Project
And its related infrastructure.
•Have strong interpersonal skills, along with good written and verbal communication necessary to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
•Develop and drive service improvements based on the on-ground feedback and Root Cause Analysis, trends, and vendor inputs.
•Following the Incidents and Problems assigned to Infrastructure Support through to resolution
•Train and Coach, develop, and help grow infrastructure Teams.
•Address concerns and risks as an internal escalation point for the delivery of outsourced services.
•Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations
•Manages and tunes platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved.
•Responsible for the stability of complex and cross-functional project-oriented work efforts.
•Participate in the review/development of new technology and service standards
•Create RCA and Making MIR reports (Major incidents Report) and take actions based on these reports.
•Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
•Installing Clusters, Configure, maintaining, and troubleshooting for it.
•Extraordinary management skills, with the ability to enhance and communicate all ideas that inspire and inspire staff and associate with the IT and business objectives.
•Good negotiation skills and Effective influencing in an environment and decisions related to business
•Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills
•Work closely with teams and Customers to understand platform new requirements.
•Meet with customers on regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly), and take appropriate decisions based on this.
• Coordinates the activities of the teams with other departments and business partners in the corporation.
•Build and maintain strong relationships between technical teams ensuring efficient services adhering to SLA’s (99.8%) and business expectations and sure to meet the signed SLAs and do coordination and cooperation between L2, L3.
•Day-to-day management of the Infrastructure teams and functional teams and Provides technical leadership in operations, infrastructures, and system integration and work as a focal point during the major incident cases.
•Implement Operational management including ITIL process execution as well as patching, migration, and refresh best practices.
•A key contributor to the development of the system architecture, including relevant use cases.
•Discuss with the customer the patches and road maps for implementations and enhancement
•Producing regular written performance reports as it is defined and agreed with customers and to line management.
•Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations
•Managing Budgeting related to resources and projects and it is related delivery.
•Continuously enhance relations with Stakeholders to support contributions at all levels.
•Ensuring the availability and performance of all Infrastructure services, reporting, and proactively monitoring.
•Capacity Planning Management from all infrastructure’s perspectives
•Vendor relationship and vendor escalations management.
•Following the Incidents and Problems assigned to Applications and Infrastructure Support through to resolution.
•Execute the agreed Disaster recovery plan tests (twice a year or when it is needed).
•Manages installation, maintenance, and support of technical infrastructures, hardware, and system software components.
•Inspire and train teams and put road maps to enrich the technical experience for the team., and help in selecting staff.
•Follow Proactive methodology approach on tasks and able to deliver self-motivation to projects
•Configure Security Operation Center project on internal systems and execute multiple Security tests that comply with NIA (VAPT, and others).
•Address the Risk gaps register and put Plans to close these Risks
