Managing all Aloss HSE Department on Field:
Ensure the Implementation of the client HSE policy & procedures.
Support HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.
Assist in preparing Task/ project Risk Assessment as required.
Communicating Crew Supervisors to make sure that they adopt & implement the SSWs and procedures as outlined in the risk assessment & PTW.
Ensure that all workforce are aware of hazards and risk associated with their activities and the control measures and that they are equipped with suitable and proper PPEs in accordance with work requirements.
Participate in Providing plans, techniques & methods for improving workforce's perception of risk & to promote Safety Culture amongst employees.
Arrange, lead and participate in HSE internal Audit and inspections.
Participate in the investigations of incidents & accidents, advice & assist managements in writing report, analysis of root cause & follow up the implementation of recommendation.
Arrange, lead and participate in HSE meeting and other forums to influence change for continues improvements in HSE performance.
Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
Provide management & clients with in-depth regular HSE statistics, reports and records.
Managing HS Dept at Alnoshaimah KP281, along with four safety officers, fire team, & sign crew. Overall responsible for HS within the construction of three valve station, Steep slope(as special point), hydro test & the terminal part of the pipeline at Balhaf.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring the adopting, implementing and maintaining of HS process in accordance with the Project HS Plan and Procedures.
Participating in evaluating pro-actively HS performance through Safety audits and Inspections to ensure continuous improvement.
Conducting RA, JSA & attending daily TBT prior to start job every morning.
Supervising work activities on all work sites and make sure that: safe work methods are in operation, adequate fire and fall protections are in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintained, approved tools are used and sufficient PPEs are provided and worn.
Arranging fire fighting equipments as per site requirement
Conduct HS Induction and assist Company's HS trainer in delivering HS trainings.
Delegating Amec Spie Hawk Co. in weekly & monthly HS meetings with the client
and other meetings related HS & provide technical support as necessary.

Responsibilities:
Ensure proper implementation of the security procedures, processes and guideline including evacuation, security audit, drills etc
Maintaining security of people and property in assigned areas on company's facilities by patrolling areas on foot and enforcing company regulations.
