Managing different teams (Consultants, Contractors, Designers, Planners, MEP & QS Engineers) to execute the following projects:
A) UAE:
1- Paramount Tower Hotel & Residence (3B+GF+11P+3.5AF+10.5HF+38RF+Roof): Under Construction with progress of 98.5%, and under Authorities Inspection to obtain DCD certificate and BCC.
2- Vera Residence (B+G+3P+26F): Under Construction with progress of 70%.
3- Reva Residence (B+GF+3P+27F): Under Construction with progress of 60.5%.
4- Damac Towers by Paramount (2B+GF+8P+60F+Roof) x 4: Operational and have some works and upgrades going on.
5- Al Manara (2B+LG+GF+2F+Roof): Under Construction with progress of 20%.
B) Jordan:
The Heights/ Damac Tower-Amman: Operational and have some works and upgrades going on. Tower (5B+GF+M+36F+Roof)
The Annex (5B+GF+M+6F+Roof)

C) United Kingdom:
Buckingham Gate- London (2B+LG+GF+8F): Under Pre-Construction Stage and advancing towards commencing physical Construction Stage on ground.
Responsibilities include:
• Initiating phase: Develop of the idea for the project is birthed and assure its feasibility determined.
• Planning phase: Determine and develop the methods to achieve the original idea as initially planned
and designed.
• Execution phase: Direct and manage all Stakeholders (Consultants & Contractors) as per approved
plans, within budget, and specified quality; In-addition to liaise for Local Authorities for Permits.
• Monitoring and Controlling phase: Assure all performed works are within specifications and control
limit.
• Closing phase: Assure to finish the projects and get all stakeholders satisfaction after handing over.

1. Executing the project on time, within the approved budget and in accordance with the contract specifications.

2. Ensuring that the quality of materials and the installation of work are in accordance with the criteria identified for the project.

3. Receiving of all relevant information regarding design, drawings and engineering.

4. Reviewing with the Construction Manager and the Planning Engineer the detailed programs for the execution of the project and ensure that the program is adhered to.

5. Implement all aspects of the project Quality Management System.

6. Ensuring that suitably qualified personnel required for the project are mobilized in a timely manner, as required.

7. Implement all HSE aspects related to the project.

8. Prepare material specification lists and schedules and follow up with the Procurement Cell for the procurement of material.

9. Reviewing the manpower requirements for the project.

10. Ensure proper material planning, allowing for sufficient time for approval and processing of Requisitions.

11. Compilation of all necessary progress reports.

12. Attending meetings with the Engineer/Owner and Sub-contractors.

13. Issuing instructions to the sub-contractors advising them of available work areas and reviewing their progress of work.

14. Identifying and taking the necessary corrective action to improve the progress and / or quality of work.

15. Handling of project petty cash, matters related to invoices, payments.

16. Responsible for cost/time impacts and claims.

17. Send / Receive and action project correspondence.

18. Staff training and appraisal.
