2-Controls of subcontracted discipline engineering documents.
3-Defines engineering requirements.
4-Prepares the technical documentation for instrumentation and systems requisitions and performs the technical evaluations.
5-Provides technical support to Project group.
6-Optimizes instrument systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.
7-Prepares specifications for instruments, systems such as Distributed Control System (DCS), Esoteric Emergency Shutdown (ESD), Fire and Gas (F&G) installation.
8-Design programmable logic controller (PLC) panels and printed circuit board (PCB) systems.
9-Prepares functional analysis for Esoteric Emergency Shutdown (ESD)
10-Implements instrument detail design on piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID).
11-Prepares instrument data sheets and loop diagrams.
12-Prepares instrument material take-off.
13-Implements detail engineering activities (layouts, routings, supports...).
14-Performs factory acceptance test (FAT).
15-Utilize in-depth problem-solving skills to determine and address the
root cause as needed
16- Check tenders and review contract for new Automation projects.

Responsibilities:
Determining the IO count for PLC, ESD and F&G systems, from P&ID.
IO allocation, Module allocation, process segregation for IO allocation.
Technical review and feasibility study of tender specifications for PLC, ESD and F&G systems.
Prepare all necessary documentation for handing over including FDS, SDS, IDS, FAT/SAT procedures, O & M Manuals.
Client correspondences.
Developing a logical function blocks for typical motors, VFD? PID controllers, control valves, etc
Preparation and testing of SCADA screens and PLC Conducting FAT / SAT.
Commissioning support.
Instructor in courses and many seminars to introduce the last technology in automation
and the future of PLC, HMI, industrial Networking in difference universities as MUST, MSA, HTI, BUE, ERU, Modern academy, Tiba academy, faculty of engineering/Shobra
Teaching lectures - Electronics, Logic Design, Measurements, Control, transducers and interface Laboratory
Design, PCB for microprocessor interface to control oil furnaces
