Assisting the Corporate Human Resource Services with the following duties:
Assists the HR Recruitment Department in Vacancy - post dissemination.
Assisting to managed and organized interviews for HR Recruitment Department
Provide Administrative support by preparing the documentations such as Licenses request, Employment Certificate, Temporary Iqama, Letter to Open Bank Account and other related request.
Assisting all Employees with their queries.
Assisting all Departments thru communication. Handling Phone calls, etc.
In-charge in assigning rooms for all Departments according to needs and priorities (conference call, interviews, brand meet-ups, etc.)
Courier In-charge (DHL, mail sending-receiving, tracking system, etc.)
Other errands that may be assigned from time to time
