Sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting for senior managerial candidates to fill the hiring needs of Pharmaceutical sector, medical equipment, Warehouse, all support functions.

Sourcing C managerial level for different companies withing the group in Hospitals, Clinics, and Entertainment.

Establish new recruitment cycle, policy and enhance procedures, process, reform forms, building talent pool, and establish sourcing channels.

Implement Onboarding process starting the employment till the probation ends.

Arranged MOU agreements with Universities, colleges and agencies.

Analyze company department to balance nationalization percentage against head counting compare it with workload, and targeting the nationalization percentage for each department.
