-Augest 1998 to March 1999 worked as a site engineer for Al Deera company

Completed Aytat Village Project(20, 000 m2 project villa complex) & supervised
Concrete, steel construction, finishing works & Road works inside project .

Three months working on Elite Building only, project ( B +G + M +4 + PH ) within this period I did appendix surgery & I left that company.

With an annual turn over exceeding thirteen billion dirhams.
-Procuring all the demand’s of the group, maily for the following divisions : Road division (including infrastructure), building division, Al Jaber Energy services, Alic Branch, Prefab division, Al Jaber precision, AL Jaber Carpentry, Al Jaber marble and granite, catering services & all factories demands,

Responsibilities summarized by :

-Conform technical bid analysis and submit of material approval request (MAR) on the recommended & approved bidder.
-Conform letter of intents, work service agreements, work service orders for the approved bidder.
-Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Maintain records of goods ordered & received.
-Develop and implement polices & procedures.
- Review purchase requisitions to conform technical and quality requirements have been clearly identified.
-Interview and hire staff, and oversee staff training.
-Control purchasing department budgets,
-Prepare bid awards requiring board approval.
-develop ERP system with the related ream,
-Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipments, machinery and supplies.
-Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
-Monitoring supplier performance for conformance to commercial terms.
-Review, evaluate and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
-Arrange minutes of meetings for staff to view procurement future plans and polices.
