•Created Physical Bin- Location at New Warehouse for achieving better operations results.
•Contributed towards BENCHMARKING PROJECT done internally at DHL; and also implementation of First Choice Project for Vehicle Inspections for major operations which is takes place at Mother Warehouse (This was appreciated by the Senior Management).
•Previously the warehouse space was defined in three types of location i.e. Small Inventory locations, Medium Inventory Location and Large Locations, but after a major step was taken to change all existing layout into new layout, the locations are divided in two parts, Medium and Large Locations. This System works because major space is used for day to day operations. For this thing, customer appreciates whole Team.
•Put forth suggestions to the management for setting up new warehouse in Mumbai, which currently works with high efficiency level, and has also resulted in better customer satisfaction levels.
