Analyzing, Reviewing and implementing Test procedures as per
ASTM, BS EN ISO, ASME, AWS, API, NACE etc.
Corrosion testing and evaluation including ASTM A262, ASTM G48,
ASTM A923, ASTM G28, NACE.
Metallurgical evaluation of weldments / weld /Automotive parts
profiles including leak path (ASME, AWS, BS AIS etc.).
Micro structural analysis for determining ferrite coun t, grain size,
grains morphology, and corrosion along grain boundaries.
In Situ Metallography or Replica Test used to replicate the surface
microstructures for a polished and /or etched surface at the site.
Respons ible for c hemical Analy sis of metals.
Technical report writing for failure investigations under the
supervision of senior technical staff.
